Uh super happy with the ease of use and how, um, how little effort it takes from us after we’re done with it to get information to customers and other people that want to see that information. Um, so it’s gone very well. Implementation was simple, and um, we love it. It’s great, that’s great, that’s great to hear. I remember, you know, when we were discussing um initially back in February, you know, um we were looking to resolve some issues in. You’re looking to, you know, better document outbound loads and you know, shipping properly. You know, you’re concerned about, you know, how uh, how the shipments look just kind of reading my chicken scratch.

Um, but you know what? So, you know, starting from the beginning, you know, what were you doing before we engaged and you know, what problem were you trying to solve? Sure, sure. So for us, um, we were already uh taking pictures of loads uh even just a digital camera and then we’d have to of course download those pictures. Um, and we were storing them in folders and what would happen is uh really was an organizational problem with naming conventions and file folders and all of this of how do I get back to the right image for the right load.

Um, so we really struggled to manage. Uh, it’s simple to take pictures. It’s really tough to manage and control those pictures and make sure they’re accessible uh whenever you need them and have an easy way to find them. We struggled like mad. So when we’re worshiping 25 or 30 trucks every day, um, you know, you’re getting 150 loads a week. All of a sudden, you know, two months later, you’ve got a lot of images to try and find and manage if someone wants some data around that. So it really was unmanageable; we could not sustain it with our manual organization process.

So really from the perspective of uh being able to truly access and eliminate that information is where Lone Proof really was the savior. Yeah, that’s great, thank you very much. That’s a great answer. And, and you know, you guys are getting some pretty good results today. It sounds like, what you know, what results, you know, did you achieve from working with us or you know, how would you describe the transformation? Sure, I think number one for us was um there was a significant time savings on trying to manage the images from our old manual process for both storage and retrieval. It we spent a lot of time downloading stuff.

Doing that file management, uh, and then when requests would come, we’d have to go searching through that, uh, file structure and trying to figure that out. So, there was a lot of time spent trying to manage that organization. The other thing is that ability to have other users come in, do their searching, rate from their desktop, remotely find what they need in self-service has really been helpful for us too.

Yes, yes, and you know, having all of that data in one centralized location where everybody can log in, whether they’re in the building or not. They can log in and view those images, view those records, and use them when they need to. This improvement for sure means we were saving 20 or 30 hours a week by managing that process. Obviously, from a cost deterrent perspective, as we go back to customers that ask, “Hey, what did this look like before?” or “What did it look like when you shipped it?”

Certainly, from a cost deterrent of claims being made back to us, that has certainly helped. It’s hard to truly quantify what that means, but certainly, being able to quickly and easily go back to “here’s what it looked like when it left” is a huge benefit. Yes, so not only on the labor side, but you guys are also seeing some benefits and some savings on the claim side as well.

Absolutely, absolutely. Thank you very much for bearing with me. I just have a few more questions here, you know, pretty standard questions. So, how likely are you to recommend us if you have any colleagues or friends in your network? Yep, for sure it would be 11 out of 10 times. It’s phenomenal from what it needs to do. I can’t imagine it actually being easier to do. So, as far as I’m concerned, it’s the easiest thing; it’s a simple decision.
