Okay, there we go.

Now, you know, starting from the beginning:

What were you doing before we engaged?

Uh, what job were you trying to do, or what problem were you trying to solve at that time?

Well, the problem we were trying to solve was capturing pictures for our export loads going out. We just wanted to make sure we provided the customer with pictures of the freight on the dock, with the freight loaded with the load bars and airbags. So that was what we were trying to do, but we were doing it with a digital camera. It didn’t work too well due to sometimes poor picture quality and issues with photos not downloading into the correct folder.

Right. So finding photos was a bit challenging.

Yes, and you saw this as an opportunity to improve that process.

Yes, and it improved it very well.

Great, great. We’re also interested in what results you achieved from working with us. What results are you seeing today on your side?

So, when we have a claim against us, we can go back to the pictures and show that when the product left here, it was in good condition. But when it got to the destination, it might have been in another shape or damaged. We can provide them with pictures showing that it was good when it left here, and we don’t know what happened to the product in transit.

Especially with our export team, this has gotten a lot better. Our scores with the export team have improved; the damage they’re seeing and the claims against us have decreased.

Great. Is there a way to quantify those savings? Do we know how much we’re saving today?

Yes, I’d estimate between $100,000 to $200,000 a month.

Wow, great!

I’m claiming that’s how much we’re saving on claims through LoadProof.

Wow, $100,000 to $200,000 in savings. Where are we seeing the most savings?

That’s in freight claims, including damages.

Did you mention damages as well?

Yes, damages. That’s where we’re seeing the most savings.

Great. It’s really impressive that you’re able to resolve such a significant portion of freight claims. That’s quite a bit of money per month.

Yes, it is. That’s a substantial amount you guys are saving. It’s really great news. I’m just blown away by the savings we’re seeing.

Now, as far as the implementation: You mentioned you were involved when the assistant manager introduced this. How would you describe the transformation, and what areas of your business improved? By how much?

Searching for pictures has become easier with LoadProof. I can quickly find and sort pictures, ensuring I have one for every order I need. I have two main customers: my export customer and my Publix customer. I take pictures, download them, and save them so I can either follow up with the customer or my team. The process is a lot easier using LoadProof—fewer steps compared to the digital camera, which was quite a hassle.

Definitely. It was painful with the digital camera.

Now, how would you describe the transformation from using a digital camera to LoadProof? Was it easy or more difficult than you originally thought?

Joe was already familiar with the process, so he guided the team through the steps, and they picked it up quickly. There weren’t any issues; it was a smooth process.

So it sounds like the transition was pretty seamless.

Yes, it was.

Did you teach them how to use LoadProof, or were they able to figure it out?

Yep, I just showed them how to use it once, and they picked it up easily.

Alright, we have just a few more questions. How likely are you to recommend us to someone, and why should someone listening right now take action?

Right now, my director is recommending LoadProof to all his accounts. I think he has already got the Jackson, Tennessee, account on board, and I believe they’re using LoadProof. We’ve just opened a new account in Lancaster, and they’re likely to use it as well. We’re also getting a couple more new accounts, and he’s recommending it to everyone.
