Hello, this is Dean. Hi, Dean, this is Puga Shankara with Loadproof. Yes, hi. I just want to follow up really quick because we set you guys up back in January, I believe February, in Loadproof. I just want to ask for quick feedback on Loadproof. If you could please share a couple of sentences, that would be great. I mean, is everything good? You guys are using it, and it’s working out well? Any issues? No issues. I’ve used it every day, and I don’t have any issues. As far as that goes, everything works good with it.

Okay, and how is it working out for you guys in terms of showing that you did a great job? I assume it’s working as we planned. I’m just basically a user; I set it up and do everything. Okay, yeah, so it’s easy to use, and you’re finding it’s not adding a lot of difficulty, or I mean obviously, it’s an extra step that you guys didn’t do before, right? Yeah, it’s an extra step, but it’s one that’s well worth it.

What is the reason you’re saying it’s worth it? Well, you know, it shows us proof that we sent what we sent and how we sent it. Okay, and how we packed it and how they got it. So it helps us prove more carriage and carrier liability. And what were the two scenarios that you said it came in handy? If you could please provide a little more detail on that.

At the end of the day, we want to make sure we’re giving a valuable tool for our customers and making sure it’s adding value, right? That’s the reason I’m asking that question. Yeah, as far as value goes, I can’t answer that. But, like I said, I’m just the user. Darren’s the one that set everything up, so I don’t know as far as that goes.

I can only tell you pretty much what it’s done for me personally. So if you would, just tell us three things that are good for you; that would be great. I just want to get that feedback. The good things I found about it is it helps me back up my word about what I said and what’s carrier damage and what’s not. It helps hold the track companies liable for what they do to our product, so it’s come in handy.

Okay, all right, perfect. That’s all I need to know. Thank you very much for your time. You’re welcome. Bye-bye.
